What are the criteria for the acceptance of old injection pumps for remanufacturing?

Main criteria for the acceptance of cores concerning technical condition of the dismounted Common Rail fuel injection pumps are described in 3 points:

1. Returned, dismounted part (core) must be equivalent to the purchased goods subject to TR sales form, and it is advisable to deliver it in the container after purchased one. In the absence of the original packaging returned part must be clearly described with an index of purchased goods.
2. According to the regulations on environmental protection cores must be protected and packed so as not to pollute the environment. Remove remaining working medium from dismounted parts and blind sockets with plugs removed from purchased goods.
3. Only a complete, non split into its constituent parts and meeting the following specific technical requirements part may be accepted.

Requirements for technical condition of dismounted Common Rail injectors:

 

 

1. Pump housing must not be damaged, heavily corroded or after ignition.
2. Fixing points and protruding elements cannot be damaged.
3. No obvious evidence, signs of disassembly of components of the pump.
4. Electrical connections or plugs cannot be broken or damaged.
5. Threaded connections cannot be damaged.
6. Contact surfaces must not be deformed or damaged.
7. Manufacturer / reference number on the housing must be clear and consistent with the catalog number.
8. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.

4. Goods must be returned in their original packaging.
5. Identifiability:

- Bosch Manufacturer number (starting with 0 445 110, 115, 116, 117...) on the part or
- OE(S) vehicle manufacturer number on the part or
- BX Bosch replacement part number (starting, for example from 0 986 435...) on the part or
- BX Bosch replacement part number (starting, for example from od 0 986 435...) on the box.

How long is the repair of injectors and injection pumps?

The duration of regeneration of fuel injection pumps and injectors is from 2 to 7 days. Service regeneration involves a comprehensive replacement of all components. Regeneration procedure follows a specific manufacturer's recommendations. Regeneration is performed only on the basis of original spare parts.

How long is the warranty period ?
